Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at the Channel Islands YMCA. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of one before and after school childcare site, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing childcare programs in accordance with state regulations and guidelines.
  • Supervise children and staff, ensuring quality care and supervision.
  • Provide a safe environment for children to thrive, including setup and cleanup of the program area.
  • Assist the Program Director in planning and administration of the program, including staff supervision and training.
  • Meet program quality expectations, including surveys, observations, and audits.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience working in a childcare setting.
  • Complete required certifications within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to obtain Criminal Record Clearance and participate in the DMV Pull Program.
