Columbia Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail customers.

• Customer Service: Provide a full range of banking services to retail customers, including transactional and non-transactional processes.
• Account Management: Open new deposit and checking accounts, explain products to customers, and handle deceased accounts.
• Financial Needs Assessment: Discuss personal financial needs with customers and make recommendations on how the Bank can meet those needs.
• Product Cross-Selling: Cross-sell Bank's products and services to customers.
• Problem Resolution: Research and resolve customer problems and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare daily proof sheets, assist with end-of-day closing procedures, and maintain accurate customer and account records.

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience required.
• Skills: Interpersonal, time management, organizational, and PC skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability: Ability to work weekends as needed or scheduled.

Columbia Bank provides a robust Onboarding & Orientation Process to help you excel in your position. Universal Banker positions require either part-time or full-time training for 10 business days. Training schedules are based on availability.
