Job Summary

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development for infants and toddlers.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, patient, and committed to fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities daily.
  • Maintain quality care by implementing all licensing and health and safety standards.
  • Organize and maintain clean environments in the Toddler classroom.
  • Daily communication with families to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support and collaborate with the BKLC team to achieve shared goals.
  • Attend regular meetings hosted by the Director.
  • Participate in projects and events as assigned by the Director.
Performance Measurements
  • An annual performance evaluation will be conducted to assess progress and set new goals.
