Your Role: As a Personal Care Attendant at Prestige Senior Living - Monticello Park, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and choice. You will regularly observe residents' physical and mental conditions and report changes to the Health Services Director, Expressions Coordinator, or Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Resident Care: Provide direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and choice.
  2. Maintain Positive Environment: Assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
  3. Report Changes: Regularly observe residents' physical and mental conditions and report changes to the Health Services Director, Expressions Coordinator, or Executive Director.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Food Handlers permit if required by State

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, HSA/FSA accounts, dental and vision insurance, and company-paid life and AD&D insurance.
