About the Role

The Pediatric Dietitian Specialist provides evidence-based nutrition care to patients and families in a pediatric setting. This role involves formulating and implementing individualized nutrition care plans using current medical nutrition therapy (MNT) principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assesses nutritional needs of patients and develops effective MNT plans of care
  • Provides education to patients and families on nutrition and health topics
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Documents patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • Experience working in pediatric nutrition settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Information

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
