About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare in Grady County. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care, including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and homemaking tasks.
  • Assist patients with transportation to and from appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Perform general housekeeping activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel between clients as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
