Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sell fudge products to customers
- Perform various cafe functions, including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and fudge duties as assigned
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
- Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists, and Standard Operating Guidelines
- Manage cash control and till management according to Scheels Cashier Guidelines
- Support side work, daily and detail cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- Maintain working knowledge of cafe recipes and prepared foods
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace and surrounding areas
- Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, and treat others with respect and consideration
- Ability to perform basic math operations and read documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and speak effectively before groups
- Ability to work assigned schedules, including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare various types of food, drinks, and ingredients
Benefits:

Education and Experience:
