Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and sell fudge products to customers
  • Perform various cafe functions, including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and fudge duties as assigned
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
  • Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists, and Standard Operating Guidelines
  • Manage cash control and till management according to Scheels Cashier Guidelines
  • Support side work, daily and detail cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain working knowledge of cafe recipes and prepared foods
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace and surrounding areas
  • Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, and treat others with respect and consideration
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and read documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • Ability to write routine reports and speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to work assigned schedules, including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prepare various types of food, drinks, and ingredients

Benefits:
