Skilled Maintenance Technician

Toyota Alabama is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, troubleshooting and repairing complex systems, and ensuring the overall efficiency and safety of our manufacturing operation.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Assemble, design, and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems
• Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts
• Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, and other electronic equipment
• Perform basic administrative skills, including documentation of work performed

• Industrial maintenance and/or military experience
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Technical knowledge and skills in PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, Robotics
• Available to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns

• Starting hourly rate of $33.00/hr with a grow-in rate up to $44.20/hr
• $5000 sign-on bonus if within 50 miles
• $10,000 relocation bonus if outside the 50 miles
