Job OverviewThis locum tenens CRNA position requires candidates with at least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a surgical team.

Job Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program.
- Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Michigan.
- National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
