**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RH Community Builders. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to individuals with behavioral health needs in a low-barrier shelter setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients with behavioral health needs
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals with complex health conditions
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Supervise a team of Certified Nursing Assistants and provide guidance and support in delivering patient care
* Conduct regular training sessions to ensure CNAs are equipped to handle the unique needs of clients with behavioral health challenges
* Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any adverse reactions
* Educate clients on the importance of medication adherence and provide necessary support
* Respond to behavioral health crises with a calm and composed demeanor
* Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop crisis intervention strategies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all clients
* Prepare and submit regular reports on client health status and the effectiveness of interventions

**Requirements:**

* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA
* Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
