We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac team at Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to residents with cardiac conditions, including medication management and treatment administration.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in their health status.
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Current State Registered Nurse RN License.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
