Key Responsibilities

The Pre-Wash Belt Operator will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Adhering to all OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain efficient production lines.
  • Managing the startup and shutdown processes of the production line.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Essential reading and writing skills.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Capability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours during a shift.
