Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, L.L.P. This individual will provide administrative support and clinical assistance to our physicians and staff, while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and recording medical history
  • Manage pre-certifications and insurance benefits for surgeries
  • Contact patients regarding surgery benefits and collect deposits
  • Attend meetings and assist with managed care requirements
  • Participate in professional development and education to maintain licensure

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in medical assisting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on tasks
  • Basic Life Support certification

Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, L.L.P. is a small, independent practice with a family-centered work environment. We offer a fast-paced schedule and loyal patient base. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to travel between locations as needed. Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $52,000 annually, based on experience.
