- Perform and assist with medical and nursing procedures.
- Provide pertinent healthcare education to patients and their families.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant.
- Thorough knowledge of medical equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to administer medications per policy and procedure.
- Ability to follow National Patient Safety Goals.
- Ability to interpret lab and diagnostic results as it relates to patient status.
- Ability to communicate with all disciplines using SBAR.
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrates courteous, kind, and caring, compassionate, positive attitude and support to the organization.
- Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Ability to communicate in a calm, empathetic, and assertive way.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing Required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred.
- 5 years First Assist-Surgical Technology Required.
- 5 years Team Lead Required.
- IN Licensed Registered Nurse Required.
- Certified RNFA Required.
- BLS Certification Required.
- ACLS Certification Required.

Confidentiality/HIPAA/Corporate ComplianceDemonstrates knowledge of procedures for protecting and maintaining security, confidentiality, and integrity of employee, patient, family, organizational, and other medical information.
