Geriatric Internal Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled **Internal Medicine Physician** with specialized training and experience in **Geriatrics** to become a vital part of our interdisciplinary team. This role is dedicated to serving **vulnerable older adults** through our home-based primary care and long-term care services, supported by a robust network.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing education and mentorship for residents and fellows in the field of geriatrics.
This position offers a **Monday through Friday** schedule from **8 AM to 5 PM**. On-call duties will be managed from home, with expectations of **1-2 days per week** and **1-2 weekends per month** initially.
