We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse. As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, including administering medications and treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating a plan of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide education to patients and their families, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Document and chart patient observations and data related to their clinical condition, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare workers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing and licensure to practice in the state where the RN will be working.
- Minimum one year of previous job experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, as well as current CPR certification.
- Ability to lift supplies, push beds or chairs, and maneuver throughout the facility as needed.
