  • Experiencia en selección de pedidos y manejo de transpaletas eléctricas, experiencia con carretillas elevadoras de alcance, carretillas elevadoras de pie y experiencia en carga son imprescindibles.

RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO

Este puesto sirve a nuestros clientes construyendo manualmente paletas de productos y cargando productos en remolques de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por la empresa y el cliente.


  • Utiliza equipo de voz Vocollect y se desplaza a las ubicaciones adecuadas del almacén utilizando un transpalet.
  • Selecciona el tipo y la cantidad de producto adecuados, etiqueta los productos y los coloca en una paleta, cargando la paleta en los camiones según la zona, ubicación y estándares establecidos.
  • Maneja productos y construye paletas de acuerdo con los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria establecidos (por ejemplo, inspección visual del producto para detectar daños, colocación adecuada en paletas para minimizar la contaminación cruzada y daños).
  • Se comunica con el equipo de gestión sobre cualquier problema (por ejemplo, productos, falta de existencias, problemas de seguridad).

  • Opera todo el equipo del almacén de la empresa (por ejemplo, carretillas elevadoras, transpaletas, escáneres) de manera segura, de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
  • Informa sobre cualquier problema con el equipo a un miembro del equipo de gestión.
  • Utilizamos equipos de voz y unidades RF. Actualmente no se utilizan dispositivos portátiles, pero esto puede cambiar en el futuro.
  • Trabaja en el horario asignado, exhibe asistencia regular y predecible y trabaja horas extras según sea necesario para cumplir con las demandas de carga de trabajo.
  • Usa equipo de protección personal (por ejemplo, zapatos de seguridad).

Calificaciones

  • Diploma de secundaria/GED/título equivalente.
  • O experiencia laboral equivalente en lugar de un título.
  • Licencia/certificación de carretilla elevadora y transpaleta.
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos de levantamiento seguro y pautas de seguridad alimentaria.
  • Leer, escribir y comunicarse en inglés en relación con el trabajo y las regulaciones de seguridad.
