Job Title: Software Developer/IT Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer/IT Specialist to join our team at ACL Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating our existing database to a more efficient platform, developing a dynamic dashboard to track contracts and amendments, and creating a role-based user hierarchy for access to the dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate the existing MS Access database to a SQL database
  • Connect the SQL database to the current Access front-end CGMS application screens
  • Develop a dynamic dashboard based on CMS requirements, fed by information from the SQL database
  • Create a role-based user hierarchy for dashboard access
  • Develop reporting capability within the dashboard
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications
  • Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in migrating MS Access to SQL Database
  • Experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core
  • Power BI skills to design and develop interactive Power BI visual reports
  • Experience in SQL Server Database Management and data analysis
  • Experience working with non-technical business users
  • Presentation skills to a large group of users
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
