The Clinical Laboratory Specialist plays a crucial role in executing laboratory tests and ensuring quality control, requiring independent judgment and a deep understanding of laboratory science. This position involves a thorough comprehension of the scientific principles behind testing, along with the technical and procedural knowledge necessary for effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise laboratory testing, identifying and addressing abnormal results.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports through various communication methods.
- Perform routine quality control checks and equipment maintenance.
- Engage in laboratory communications and participate in team meetings.
- Prepare and handle samples with care, ensuring proper labeling and preservation.
- Educate and evaluate trainees on laboratory procedures.

Qualifications:
