About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake all fresh bread and pastries needed for the cafe each day
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Support your manager and team members
Requirements
  • Love baking, even if you're a beginner (4 weeks of training provided)
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
  • Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Be passionate about food safety and health safety
  • Be at least 18 years of age
