SUMMARY
The nursing aide operates under the direct guidance of licensed nursing personnel to deliver direct patient care in line with established hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.Rochester Regional Health is a compassionate and community-focused healthcare provider dedicated to offering outstanding healthcare services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and document comprehensive, family-centered care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Communicate patient conditions directly to licensed nursing staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment focused on patient and family care.

PAY RANGE:
$24.78. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
