Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at our Golden Clinic location. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based counseling and therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs
  • Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy services using various therapeutic modalities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education activities to enhance professional development
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals ranging from children to geriatric populations
  • State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required
