Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Champion Foods LLC. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on new procedures and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities, including equipment, supplies, and labor.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
