Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Engineer to join our team. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar wireframing tools.
  • Strong ability to create rapid prototypes that simplify complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and industry knowledge in UI/UX design.
  • Proven ability to provide guidance and influence multiple teams across various initiatives and functional domains.

Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on actual job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
