We are currently seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team in Fleming Island, Florida. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and education.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with end-stage renal disease.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Deliver education and training to patients and their families on dialysis-related topics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Previous experience in dialysis or nephrology preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
