Position Overview

In this pivotal position within our greenhouse facility, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our environmental control systems and supporting plant propagation activities.   • Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of greenhouse operations
  • Assist in greenhouse research initiatives by participating in set-up and dismantling tasks
  • Help formulate and execute greenhouse operational protocols
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot greenhouse machinery
  • Engage in team meetings and ensure transparent communication regarding updates and challenges
  • Follow safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company guidelines

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for greenhouse management, plant propagation, and irrigation systems. Strong organizational, observational, and communication abilities are vital for success in this position. Moreover, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.

This role will involve working in greenhouse, outdoor field, and laboratory environments, occasionally under physically demanding circumstances. Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications are advantageous. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays may be necessary, and a readiness to receive training in pesticide management is required.
