We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Sales Representative. As a key member of our national route-based food business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the iconic Schwan's yellow truck to deliver frozen foods to customers' homes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow your route
  • Work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values
  • Receive hands-on training from leaders who care and coach you to success
  • Apply safe practices while servicing customers and operating the company vehicle
  • Seek out and establish new customers for the route system in assigned areas
  • Make sales presentations to prospective customers and inform customers of new products and promotions

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
