We are currently seeking a full-time Embryologist to join our busy, high-volume Embryology Lab. The work schedule includes weekdays with occasional weekend and holiday rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

At US Fertility, we believe in going above and beyond to ensure success. The Embryologist will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, assessing, and culturing oocytes; preparing sperm and inseminating oocytes (both conventional and ICSI methods).
  • Evaluating and selecting embryos for transfer; performing embryo vitrification, warming, and storage.
  • Handling oocyte vitrification, warming, and storage.
  • Managing the preparation and care of gametes and embryos throughout various laboratory processes: IVF, ICSI, VIT, ET, warming, and embryo biopsy.
  • Executing vitrification and warming of embryos at different developmental stages.
  • Assessing fertilization rates and zygote quality post-insemination.
  • Utilizing electronic medical records for data entry.
  • Understanding MESA, PESA, TESA, and TESE collection techniques.
  • Complying with regulatory standards and inspections (e.g., CLIA, FDA, TJC, CAP).
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Embryology.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant laboratory science is required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver laboratory services in alignment with established protocols and standards is essential.
Proficiency in accessing, inputting, and retrieving information from computer systems is necessary.
Familiarity with office procedures and equipment (such as computers, fax machines, and copiers) is expected.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are crucial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues are important.

Authorization to work in the U.S.A. is required.
