We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Specialist for a flexible Part Time or 1099 Contract role.
This position involves conducting 2 to 8 hour visits monthly at skilled nursing facilities.
Required credentials include NDTR/RD certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Conducting MDS assessments, including Section K and CAA.
- Documenting nutritional concerns for residents at risk.
- Engaging in the care planning process.
- Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Overseeing the food service department with regular audits for safety, sanitation, and food quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- State licensure (if applicable).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or long-term care is preferred, though we consider various factors.
