As a cleaning specialist, your primary duties will include:

Pool and Recreation Area:

  • Utilizing a neutral PH7Q quaternary disinfectant to sanitize all furniture and surfaces.
  • Organizing and maintaining poolside furniture and checking for necessary repairs.
  • Cleaning barbeque grills thoroughly, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.
  • Emptying trash containers and ensuring cleanliness of communal areas.

Fitness Center:

  • Disinfecting all fitness equipment and organizing misplaced items.
  • Vacuuming carpets and mopping rubberized flooring.
  • Cleaning light fixtures and ensuring all areas are free of dust and debris.

Restroom Maintenance:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all restroom fixtures and surfaces.
  • Restocking supplies such as paper towels and soap.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of restroom floors.

General Grounds Maintenance:

  • Patrolling the surrounding areas to remove trash and debris.
  • Cleaning entrances, walkways, and outdoor areas to ensure a tidy appearance.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to management.

Additional Information

Hourly Rate: $16.00

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday to Thursday; 5 hours per day, Friday; 4 hours per day

Total of 24 hours per week.

Benefits include part-time and full-time options, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
