  • Sales Excellence: Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
  • Travel Planning: Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Serve as backup: By assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base compensation of $14.43 to $18.40 hourly, a monthly incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(K) plan.

About the Role: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, promote AAA products and services, and drive sales success. Your responsibilities will include:
