Position Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineering Leader, you will guide and nurture our Electrical Engineering division.
Your core responsibilities encompass collaborating with Program Managers and Project Engineers to convert program specifications into engineering assignments, formulating technical strategies to meet Engineering objectives, and overseeing resource allocation across various projects.
You will be responsible for managing the tools and infrastructure essential for our Electrical Engineers, articulating team objectives, assessing training requirements, implementing performance indicators, and conducting annual evaluations.
Moreover, you will evaluate the technical precision and quality of your team's outputs, provide consistent progress reports to Project Managers, and play a role in proposals and business development efforts.
Recruiting and training new Electrical Engineering personnel is also a significant aspect of your responsibilities.Essential Skills
Digital Circuit Design
Experience with Modern Arm Processors

Capability to mentor new engineers
Ability to lead an engineering team of 15-30
