Customer Engagement

  • Welcome and assist every customer, focusing on engagement and suggestive selling to enhance units per transaction and conversion rates.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value and foster brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize an outstanding customer experience, consistently placing the customer first; actively seek feedback and relay business opportunities to management.

Operational Efficiency

  • Implement processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual merchandising directives in accordance with brand standards.
  • Ensure backstock organization and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Remain vigilant regarding potential theft and report any concerns to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
