LPN Medication Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to medication administration records.
- Resident Care: Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living mission, including conducting Service and Health Updates, transcribing orders, and participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements, practicing safety procedures and reporting accidents and incidents.
- LPN License: Must be a licensed LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- Certifications: Maintain certifications in CPR and First Aid, as well as any other required certifications for the role.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to make choices and decisions, react and remain calm in difficult situations, handle multiple priorities, and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
