Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work with our team at ProCare Therapy. As an integral member of our healthcare organization, you will work with various caseloads to help children with conditions such as autism, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and physical disabilities to achieve their maximum potential in daily activities and social interactions.

• Evaluate children's sensory processing, motor skills, and developmental milestones.
• Create individualized therapy plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive abilities.
• Conduct therapy sessions using play-based activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment to enhance children's functional abilities.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's development at home and in school.
• Work closely with educators, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Keep thorough records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Valid State OT license.
• Desire to work in pediatrics and make a difference.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
