- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, assessing patient goals and revising as necessary
- Provide data and reports related to patient care, including incidents and changes in status
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current Minnesota RN license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- 0-1 years of experience in a TCU or skilled nursing setting
- 0-3 years of experience in a TCU or skilled nursing setting
- TCU LPN/RN experience
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point Click Care
