We are seeking a skilled Pruner to join our team at Blueville Nursery. As a key member of our Pruning Crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our landscape plantings and ensuring they look their best.

• Load and unload plant materials from company vehicles
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
• Perform hand pruning and maintenance tasks to keep our landscape plantings healthy and looking great
• Remove clippings and debris from pruning activities
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and reports
• Perform other duties as required by the Pruning Supervisor

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic plant knowledge is a must (training will be provided)
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 40-80 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Attention to detail and quality customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after training
