Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an engineering team to design a DevOps solution within an Agile Project Management framework for a critical Department of Defense program.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a software factory platform that facilitates DevOps transformations in AWS IL-5 and IL-6 environments.
  • Participate actively in team scrum sessions and program meetings.
  • Contribute to the technical solutions team and work diligently to fulfill assigned action items.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Agile software development methodologies, DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of development or operations experience in Information Technology Operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in DevOps-related projects.
  • Familiarity with GitLab/Bitbucket and Nexus.
  • Experience with Jenkins and GitLab runners, with the ability to create CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for tool installations and proficiency in utilizing scripts for process automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible automation, Docker, managing end-user tool access, and Linux system administration.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using a combination of Helm charts, Dockerfiles, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and YAML is preferred.
  • An Active Secret level security clearance is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory. An Associate’s degree combined with 7 years of experience or a total of 9 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent customer-facing skills.
