Special Attendant Job Description

At AccentCare, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Attendant to provide personal care assistance services to our clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance services to clients in accordance with established service plans.
  • Initiate services, prevent breaks in service, and provide ongoing support.
  • Report significant changes in client circumstances or condition to supervisors.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and perform services as identified on the Service Plan.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in delivering personal care tasks in family care, primary home care, personal assistance services, or client managed attendant services.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
