Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a member of our surgical team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in surgical procedures, including preparing patients, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting with surgical techniques.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or complications during surgery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
