  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on both the sales floor and back of house areas.
  • Omnichannel Support: Provides omnichannel support by ensuring a seamless customer service experience among all platforms, including online and in-store services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the eyewear and/or luxury retail industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Must be punctual and reliable. Timeliness and dependability are essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience operating a POS system.
  • Industry Experience: Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.
