Healthcare Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Claims Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical billing processes.
About the JobAs a Healthcare Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying insurance information, entering payments, submitting claims, and reviewing billing documentation for accuracy. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Certification: You must hold a relevant certification, such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CPB (Certified Professional Biller).
- Experience: A minimum of one year's experience in medical billing or a related field is required.
- Data Entry: Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter patient information and billing details.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Teamwork: You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
