  • Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to clients.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

**Requirements:**

  • Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).
  • Property & Casualty license (required or must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire).
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire).
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
