Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Turner Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our MEP project teams. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of electrical systems on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor to ensure timely and quality delivery of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Supervise and develop assistant superintendents, field engineers, and interns to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and its application in coordination of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
