We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Administrative Supervisor to oversee patient care activities and operational activities for our assigned facility at Northeast Baptist Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care activities and operational activities for assigned facility.
- Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- **Minimum Education:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- **Preferred Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- **Minimum Experience:** 3 years of nursing experience with leadership and management abilities.
- **Preferred Experience:** Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
Certifications/Licenses
- Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on hire.
- Must have Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification within 60 days of hire.
