Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - Generations at Neighbors, Byron, Illinois - All Shifts Available - Competitive Pay of Up to $26.38** These positions are part of a union.

We have various openings:

  • Full-Time/Part-Time AMs: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Must work every other weekend
  • Full-Time/Part-Time PMs: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM, Must work every other weekend
  • Full-Time/Part-Time NOC: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Must work every other weekend

Starting wage of up to $23.38 per hour*, plus a $3.00 shift differential for hours worked after 2 PM.

Additionally, we offer an immediate sign-on bonus of $3,000, paid hourly.

Ask about our Weekend Double Double Program: Work 64 hours in a pay period and get paid for 80 hours.

Note: The $26.38 per hour rate is based on 5+ years of experience at a rate of $20.50 per hour, plus a $2.88 per hour sign-on bonus, and a $3.00 shift differential for hours worked after 2 PM. Actual rates will depend on experience and shift.

NEW: $500.00 referral bonus for each CNA you refer. Refer a nurse and receive $1. Bring your friends and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • CPR Certification
  • Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations as related to the job
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
