Key Responsibilities:
As a Practical Nurse Specialist, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the caregiver office, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guidelines.
- Complete essential medical documentation, including QA reports, evaluations, and incident reports.
- Review and maintain accuracy in resident care records and physician orders.
- Regularly assess interdisciplinary progress notes to ensure they meet regulatory standards and reflect the resident's preferences.
Qualifications include:
- Two (2) years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing, or a recent graduate.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
