Key Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, your duties will encompass:

  • Engaging in discussions and meetings with clients, supply chain partners, and project teams.
  • Overseeing Health & Safety protocols.
  • Participating in internal Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and progress meetings.
  • Managing project finances, including procurement processes and assisting with budget estimations.
  • Drafting method statements and conducting risk assessments.
  • Supervising and briefing installation teams.
  • Addressing installation challenges and access concerns.
  • Finalizing and submitting as-installed documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive Mechanical packages for high-value Commercial projects.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification (desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in IT.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
