We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL A Route Delivery Driver to join our team at Farmland Fresh Dairies LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and unloading various products to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows.
  • Maintain Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
  • Unload merchandise by the use of hand trucks.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience driving tractor trailers required.
  • CDL A holder with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Benefits:

  • $30.00 hourly pay.
  • Annual performance bonus up to $10,000.
  • $7,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and life insurance.
  • Time off package including vacation, sick, and holidays.
  • Helper provided on route.

Working Conditions:

  • Dispatch times: 6pm-7:30pm.
  • Shift end times: 4am-6am.
  • Weekends required (every Saturday and Sunday).
  • Days off: two consecutive days in the middle of the week.
