We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional baking skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of bakers to produce a wide range of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads
  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience
  • Leadership experience in restaurants or retail
  • Formal culinary education is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and nights, with occasional overnight shifts during holiday seasons
